manager at M&T Bank in Buffalo, N.Y., with responsibility for managing
interest rate risk and the mortgage portfolio. Originally from Buffalo,
William graduated from the University of Buffalo. He is a chartered
financial analyst (CFA) and member of the CFA Society of Buffalo. He
lives in Western New York with his wife and four children.
