I completed my certification and became the first accredited professional in Panama City, Fla. My goal is to use my experience to strengthen Northrop Grumman’s competitive advantage. Realize the Benefits of Continuous Process Improvement As a senior operations specialist for National Security Technologies’ Counter Terrorism Operations Support (CTOS) program, I’m responsible for creating and maintaining the baseline and operations schedules for our Mobile Training Teams (MTT) and Hazardous Bridget Ward-Christian Systems Support Technician (Haztec) courses. Conducted at locations across the country and at the Nevada Test Site respectively, these courses train first responders in the prevention and response to nuclear or radiological disasters. Furthermore, these schedules provide the mechanism to track and report high-level activities to ensure delivery of CTOS “first-in-class” training. I am proud to be a team member of an organization whose purpose is to protect our nation’s security. Our team has the responsibility of setting the requested vehicles to grid for each rotation with accuracy and in a timely manner. We track what equipJulie Laird ment has actually been issued, make any grid Systems Support changes that are requested during the draw, and ensure that everyone is complying with all safety and HAZMAT regulations. We strive to make each Reception, Staging, Operations and Movement phase quick and painless for the training units so that they have more time to do their actual warfighter training. I’m in! As the Echelon Above Brigade (EAB) maintenance supervisor, I coordinate with the customer to establish and identify priorities of maintenance and ensure Marquez McInnis resources are available for rotation logistics supT & S Group port missions. Together with my four shift supervisors, we ensure that tasks are defined for upcoming Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, Integration and Regeneration. We are a 45-member team composed of dedicated men and women trained to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various types of military equipment. One Team! One Fight! We’re all in! Superior Performance on ALL Programs I have the honor and privilege of providing a key service to rotational unit soldiers at the National Training Center, one that I do not take lightly. My coworkers and I are very much aware of the pressure this places on a family and know that our actions can reduce this pressure and take away part of the anxiety.
