The new campus is in the Colorado Springs Airport Business Park, located on the south end of the Colorado Springs Airport. Twenty TS team members are now located in the building, which will eventually be home to nearly 400 Northrop Grumman employees. The SSG program management office in Colorado Springs is responsible for space and science operating unit programs with customers in Colorado Springs, including Ground-Based ElectroOptical Deep Space Surveillance, the Space-Based Infra-Red System and the Joint Research and Development Contract. These programs manage approximately 100 TS employees in the Colorado Springs area and worldwide, including locations in New Mexico, Hawaii and Diego Garcia. Training and Simulation Group personnel located here support the Department of Homeland Security and Army training programs. Poster Contest Highlights Ethics Awareness Week The purpose of the contest is to increase ethics awareness and stimulate employee commitment to proper business conduct. Posters will be judged on their creativity, originality and ability to communicate a clear and positive message regarding business ethics. The contest runs through Aug. 15. Winning contestants from each sector and the corporate office will receive cash awards. Winners will be announced during Ethics Awareness Week. All winning selections will be recognized with placement in the 2009 Northrop Grumman Ethics calendar. TS will also participate in an Ethics Challenge during Ethics Awareness Week. All Northrop Grumman business conduct officers (BCOs) will increase their employee contacts by meeting with employees and distributing business cards to them throughout the week. Employees who meet or speak to a BCO will receive a fax number and an e-mail address to which they can submit their employee information and the name of their BCO. The first 500 employees who submit their information will be eligible to win a prize. Winners will be announced no later than Sep. 15 on the Corporate Ethics & Business Conduct Web site at: http://home.northgrum.com/ethics/default.htm.
