Technical Services - Winter 2008 - (Page 23) Employees Encouraged to Take Ethics Survey n March, Northrop Grumman will participate in an ethics survey to be administered from outside the company. The purpose of the survey is to measure the company’s ethical culture and address any areas where additional training and resources may be needed. The company selected the Ethics Resource Center (ERC) to conduct the survey. ERC will ensure that answers are kept completely confidential and will not, under any circumstances, share the individual survey information with any of the companies it works with, including Northrop Grumman. The survey will be sent by e-mail or hard copy to a random sampling of Northrop Grumman employees. The survey will take only 10-15 minutes to complete and does not have to be completed in one sitting. The online survey allows users to exit and return to the survey as often as needed to complete the questions. Hard-copy survey recipients will be given a link to complete the survey online if they prefer. If you are sent a survey, please take the time to complete it as it will be key to better understanding the sector’s ethical culture. For questions or concerns about the survey, please contact your local business conduct officer (BCO). The BCOs for each TS business group are listed on the Technical Services sector website under the Ethics link. The time invested in taking this survey will help enhance the Technical Services sector’s ethical culture and “Set the Tone for Integrity” in 2008! TS Technical Services Magazine is published quarterly for employees of Northrop Grumman Technical Services sector.
