NOTARY NOTES 2008 Motor Vehicle Seminars MVcourse Basic Seminar is the required initial training for new motor vehicle agents and their employees who have less than five years motor vehicle experience in Pennsylvania. This course is six hours of instruction designed to give in-depth and well-organized introductions to the most common transactions and procedures performed for PennDOT’s Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Instruction includes completion of Form MV4 – Motor Vehicle Certificate of Title, as well as Forms MV-1, MV-4ST, MV-120, Pennsylvania insurance requirements, determination of fair market values, and more. Act 152 Compliant.
