Washtenaw Business Expo We partner with the Ann Arbor News and the Ypsilanti Area Chamber to bring businesses throughout the community together to promote commerce in the area. Year Ender - The Year Ender is FREE and open ONLY to Chamber members. This is our end of the year celebration, held in December. It is our way of thanking all of our members for supporting the Chamber. Even Thursdays - Even Thursdays is a place where you can have an informal meeting with Jesse Bernstein, President & CEO of the Chamber. Jesse sits down with you to hear your issues and how you would like to see them resolved. He then takes your ideas with him when meeting with our community leaders. Get Connected - Are you new to the Chamber? Are you considering joining the Chamber, or just want to know about all the benefits and cost savings programs in a short amount of time? Meet Chamber staff, learn how to get involved and get connected! Golf Outing – Held in May, the Chamber Golf Outing is a full day, sell out event. Enjoy delicious food, fun, prizes and awards. Green Commute Fest - A fun-filled celebration of all types of sustainable commuting; from walking to car pooling. Held in conjunction with the Mayor’s Green fair. IMPACT Michigan – IMPACT Michigan is where you can impact our region’s future. This event encompasses state, regional and local reports followed by break-out sessions where the focus will be to answer questions pertaining to the issues facing businesses and the economy in Washtenaw County. This is the public policy event of the year focused on the economy and business issues. Member Receptions - Free to all Chamber members! This event rotates to unique locations to showcase members’ places of business and allow for networking and socializing. Morning Edition - Held monthly (January-June, September-November), this dynamic morning program is designed to keep members up-to-date on community issues. NetWorks! - Is a structured networking event designed to assist businesses in making business connections.
