The YMCA, Montessori Children’s House, The Learning Garden, Family Center of Washington County and churches throughout West Bend’s public schools are excellent. The West Bend School District has six elementary schools, two middle schools and the East and West High Schools. The West Bend HighSchools have been recognized among the top 5% in the nation by Newsweek magazine and has recently received the prestigious Red Quill Award.The district incorporates a continuous improvement process within each school to ensure a high level of student achievement.
