Develops tools enabling Affiliates to implement appropriate strategies. Researches issues and utilizes problem-solving techniques and propose resolutions. Develops content and materials for training of Affiliate to build skills in the development and management of effective community health programs. Serves as lead trainer for classes and workshops. Participates in cross-departmental initiatives to reduce health disparities and breast cancer morbidity and mortality. Maintains an advanced level of expertise in community health as well as non-profit and grant-making trends and practices. Position Qualifications Describe minimum (type and amount) of experience required for competent performance in the job. Masters level degree in public health, health education, public administration or equivalent, plus 5-7 years of experience in health philanthropy, grant management, or program development and evaluation. Requires a solid understanding of communitybased health care and grant making. Excellent written, verbal and polished presentation skills a must. Must possess a proven ability to think strategically, and must have a demonstrated record of success working with a diverse constituency of partners and grantees to achieve specific programmatic outcomes.
