Alysia Green of Chevron enjoying Family and career success

Over the course of her career, Green has developed an interest and skills in leadership and people management and has advanced into supervisory and business management positions. She’s also a leader in the company’s diversity efforts, as a member of Chevron’s Black Employee Network, as the management representative for Chevron’s Women’s Network and as Chevron’s IT team leader for recruitment at NSBE. Although she has had a full and varied career at Chevron, enjoying the personal side of her life has been equally important, says Green, who is married and has an 11-year-old daughter. Those values were put to the test when the opportunity for a plum international assignment for Chevron’s eFoundation project in Germany came up about a year and a half after her daughter was born.
