Only in its second year, the NSBE Showcase is an exciting part of our Annual Convention created to help expose the local community to the world of engineering and the world of NSBE, by exhibiting the talents and activities of NSBE members, partners and stakeholders. This year's NSBE40 Showcase includes five interactive sections designed to keep you engaged. Note that although the NSBE40 Showcase is centered on Ryman Hall B6, not all components will take place there. Don't miss out on these excellent networking opportunities! The Innovations Corner and Industry Showcase will be held in Ryman Exhibit Hall C, behind the Career Fair. Refer to your agenda for specific times for the Industry Showcase presentations. MUSIC TECHNOLOGY CORNER (FRIDAY) We're in "Music City"! Technology and engineering have influenced music since the dawn of humanity in many different ways which will be explored in the Music Technology Corner. This special event, a unique component of the NSBE40 Showcase, presents an exhibition of technological displays from various record labels, other companies, talented NSBE members and Nashville locals. NSBE COMPETITIONS (THURSDAY-SATURDAY) COMMEMORATIVE AREA (WEDNESDAY-SATURDAY) Can you believe our NSBE family is reuniting for the 40th time? We're celebrating this milestone by recreating the Commemorative Area, with an interactive history of NSBE and the evolution of the Annual Convention through the years. Check out the convention timeline to see where NSBE members gathered throughout the years, and visit the National Chair Wall of Fame to see who our leaders were and where they are now. Our programs are the creative, engaging and interactive way by which we fulfill the mission. Many of these programs culminate in exhibitions and competitions at the Annual Convention. This year, the Technical Research Exhibition Poster Session, the "NSBE Jr. Explorer Technical Innovations Competition" (formerly the PCI Science Fair) and the Academic Research and Leadership Symposium will be held in the Showcase exhibit hall on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, respectively. MARKETPLACE (WEDNESDAY-SATURDAY) The NSBE Marketplace is back with your favorite goods and services. Our loyal partners are open for business, offering NSBE apparel, art, jewelry, souvenirs and much more.
