NISSAN Students will have the opportunity to visit the Nissan plant in Smyrna, Tenn., and partake in the innovative, exciting experience of car manufacturing. This plant has produced more than 500,000 vehicles per year since 1983, and has greatly benefited the Nashville area. Current models built in the Smyrna plant include the Nissan Altima, Maxima, Xterra, Frontier, Pathfinder and Infiniti JX. VANDERBILT UNIVERSITY During their tour of Vanderbilt, students will explore the 330-acre, parklike campus beyond the photos on the website.
