NYLON - February 2009 - (Page 90) sweet & low brow Pink eyebrows have made a few appearances on pop icons (like Kylie Minogue and the Rock ’n Curl Jem doll circa 1987), but at the spring shows, they finally gained fashion cred with runway iterations at Diesel and Marni. At the latter, makeup artist Tom Pecheux envisioned the pink hair-dye trend receiving front-and-center placement. And while the colored brows may seem like a risky venture at first, consider the fact that women have been bleaching their brows during salon appointments for decades (to avoid legal issues, hair colorists usually have clients apply it themselves at their own risk). So this seemingly daring look is actually completely safe, since all you need to do is fill the brows in with some pink pencil or eye shadow and layer on matching mascara.
