Thanks to our Continuing and Professional Education programs, the College is also able to respond to specific community needs by offering a myriad of non-credit courses, workshops and conferences as well as targeted vocational training. Each year, students ranging from business professionals to homemakers to senior citizens attend one of the more than 250 programs and courses offered as community enrichment. Additionally, our Center for Business Training and Professional Development is designed to address the needs of Orange County’s dynamic and expanding business community by providing courses, programs and workshops to meet the region’s training and development needs. A ddr e SSing Y our S peC i Al need S SUNY Orange makes every effort to meet the needs of its diverse populations, including veterans and international students, through special programs and services. The College is aware that sometimes a physical, emotional, learning or temporary disability can be a barrier to successful collegiate work. That is why we employ a special services coordinator who counsels students with disabilities and arranges schedules so College services and classes are more accessible. The health and well-being of the entire campus is also a priority.
