understanding this future agreement will be
finalized and executed upon the awarding
of the bid to the Orlando Regional
Chamber of Commerce to host the 2019
World Chambers Congress.
Understanding there must be agreement
regarding a detailed financial plan to be
presented at a later date; including detailed
agreement regarding the allocation of all
shared revenues and the payment of all
shared expenses; we have prepared an
approximate budget, based on the analysis
of actual revenues and expenses of the
2015 World Chambers Congress; and, too,
based on several proposals presented to
host the 2017 World Chambers Congress.
Along these lines, we have presented the
best scenario possible for all parties
concerned, hoping to host the 2019 World
Chambers Congress. Furthermore, we
acknowledge the need to clarify the various
roles and responsibilities of each party
regarding the implementation of the 2019
World Chambers Congress; knowing our
approximate budget is guided by the

information provided on Annex 1 of the
Bidding Guidelines, which shows the focus
of each partner. Once again, along these
lines, knowing there may be necessary
changes regarding the focus of each
partner; we acknowledge the need to make
sure these changes are reflected in the
future agreement and agreed to by both
parties. Toward this end, we have made
necessary changes in the suggested
business model outlined in the Bidding
Guidelines, knowing for the 2019 World
Chambers Congress to succeed, we are
pleased to submit an approximate budget
as follows.
It is important to note, this approximate
budget includes the value of "in-kind"
services offered by the Orlando Regional
Chamber of Commerce and the Central
Florida Chambers of Commerce Alliance;
including support from the Florida
Chamber of Commerce and the Florida
Association of Chamber Professionals and
the Association of Chamber of Commerce
Executives (ACCE); making for a strong
network for chamber professionals

committed to the success of the 2019
World Chambers Congress.
These "in-kind" services and commitment
of support are focused on event
management, solicitation of sponsorships,
marketing and media coordination; and
equals $350,000. Also included in these
"in-kind" services will be support of
delegate registration, hospitality and
special coordination of representatives
from the Least Development Countries,
showcasing our support for the important
work being advanced by chambers of
commerce across the world.
Working with the International Chamber
of Commerce (ICC) and the ICC World
Chambers Federation (WCF), we confirm
we shall be responsible for all contractual
and financial engagements related to
hosting the 2019 World Chambers
Congress; subject to the future agreement,
to be agreed to by both parties. Once
again, we have made necessary changes in
the suggested business model outlined in
the Bidding Guidelines, knowing for the
2019 World Chambers Congress to
