offizielle Heimat des Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, bietet
über das Jahr verteilt aber auch Aufführungen in anderen
Genres. Jeden Februar veranstaltet die Bach Festival Society
in Winter Park ein Festival zur Erinnerung an ihren
Namensgeber. Unter dem Jahr geben sich hier immer wieder
verschiedene Gastkünstler die Ehre. Auch die University of
Central Florida und das Rollins College haben ständig ein
umfangreiches Musikangebot.

Als Kunstliebhaber werden Sie das vielfältige Kunstangebot
in Orlando zu schätzen wissen. Winter Park allein verfügt
bereits über eine Vielzahl an interessanten Museen und
Galerien. Das Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens am
Ufer des Lake Osceola ist eine Hommage an seinen
Namensgeber. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich auch das
Cornell Fine Arts Museum. Das Charles Hosmer Morse
Museum of American Art sollten Sie sich nicht entgehen
lassen. Es zeigt die weltweit größte Sammlung mit Werken
des berühmten Künstlers Louis Comfort Tiffany.
Im Loch Haven Park befinden sich das Orlando Museum of
Art und das The Mennello Museum of American Art mit
seiner breit gefächerten Volkskunst-Sammlung.
In Downtown Orlando setzt sich die CityArts Factory aus
sechs unabhängig betriebenen Kunstgalerien zusammen und
befindet sich direkt um die Ecke der Gallery at Avalon Island.
Ebenfalls in Downtown lädt die Grand Bohemian Gallery zum
Verweilen ein; hier ist eine Auswahl verschiedener Werke,
