Rajia recently received recognition from the Orlando Business Journal as one of the area’s top female business owners. Nearly 100 women from Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Lake counties were nominated for the annual tribute, with judges selecting five finalists in three areas: Business Owner of the Year, Business Executive of the Year and Up-and-Comer of the Year. Rajia, started her real estate company in 1984 and built it into one of Osceola County’s largest full-service companies with sales in excess of $100 million.
