With the U.S. 60 Bypass connecting the city’s four corners, making virtually everything 15 minutes away and with developing niches around town offering shopping, dining and entertainment, residents don’t have to look far for much of anything. Nature permeates the community as trees line yards and cap the sky with a blanket of leaves. Growing with industrial opportunities and home-grown small businesses, Owensboro’s economy thrives, establishing a solid housing market unaffected by national trends and a steady influx of new careers.
