of password vaults, two factor-authentication
and careful training of yourself and your staff
on the latest phishing and spoofing schemes.
Never use a network that is not protected; you
can be sure that in every coffee shop and hotel
that individuals are scouring open networks for
quarry. Failure to act reasonably to protect your
client's information may be a violation of the duty
of competence, which now requires reasonable
fluency with evolving technology.
