Oklahoma, has developed a number
of tips using the "Add, Subtract,
Replace" strategy from the American Institute for Cancer Research:
* Add 30 minutes of exercise per
day doing something you enjoy,
such as hiking or gardening.
Have an accountability partner,
and set a specific exercise goal
that is attainable. If needed, create
a Plan B, such as a workout DVD.
* Subtract TV time from your
weekly routine, including the
mindless eating that accompanies
it. Set limits on other sedentary
activities such as computer time,
and only eat at the dinner table,

* Replace your usual moderate-level
activity with a vigorous activity
