On the sand-blown coast of North Carolina, the pioneering Wright brothers managed to set aloft the world’s ﬁrst winged craft in 1903. More than a century later, the state honors Wilbur and Orville’s historic legacy by emerging internationally as an up-and-coming leader in the aviation and aerospace industry.
