The Princeton Review includes SU in annual guidebooks for Best Colleges and “green” campuses. Planning is under way for the new Patricia R. Guerrieri Academic Commons, a 234,000-squarefoot facility expected to become the hub of campus life. Features include the library, Nabb Research Center for Delmarva History and Culture, academic centers serving students and faculty, a flexible assembly hall, and a Wi-Fi cafe. An increasing number of students and parents recognize SU’s value. This fall, nearly 9,000 applied for only 1,200 slots.
