Immaculate distributes products to stores like Whole Foods, Publix and Fresh Market. Immaculate’s cookie snack bags are even served on JetBlue flights. In 2003, the company baked the World’s Biggest Cookie, weighing in at over 30,000 pounds. Metcalfe also has worked with Miracle Hill Ministries to hand out almost eight million cookies to needy Greenville residents. Metcalfe comes from a long line of community servants, including his grandfather who served as Mayor of his community for more than two decades. “I have learned through their example the importance of using my skills to help others and the deep satisfaction that this can bring.” Although Metcalfe is a community leader in Greenville, he grew up on the other side of the world in New Zealand and met his wife Hannah, a Greenville-native, while she was studying abroad there.
