If Callaway appreciates the efforts of my golf professional in
helping me select the Rogue X clubs over 3 other brands, they
have a funny way of showing it. My golf professional knows I
have had access to most golf equipment at cost, and he appreciates that I have chosen to buy all of my clubs, balls, shoes, bags
and gloves from him for over 20 years. Callaway's handling of

While John Krzynowek's assessment of the current impact of
Amazon on the premium club market may be correct, Amazon's
"only 9 sets remaining in stock, but more on the way" would seem

to indicate that may be changing. If Callaway is supporting their
green grass accounts like they did mine, all they are doing is accelerating the process - with the ultimate result of getting less
customers properly fitted, and less customers being able to experience that , at least for me, the Rogue X was a superior product
to some other brands.

their help, it is doubtful Chamberlain would have been awarded

At some point, the golf industry needs to realize that we
should all be fighting for each other. The last thing we need is
another example of poor customer service which also diminishes
the incentives for outlets to perform fittings services with some of
this great digital assistance we now have available.
