Developer Michael O’Neill described the best asset inventory package that a town had ever provided to him. The town was Schenectady, New York. The site was an 80 acre former Alco Site on a riverfront. Intrigued, we obtained a copy of the presentation. It was a standard Power Point presentation. There were no fancy pictures. Virtually all of the slides were white background with four or five bullets in plain black type. It was the information that impressed this large Pennsylvania developer of brownfields.
