supervisory control and data acquisition functionality to
monitor the operating status of the various building
equipment, update the available capacities, adjust market offerings, receive market dispatch signals, and implement control actions. The aforementioned services do
not require energy to be exported from the facility and
will be delivered by adjusting the building load. The facility provides the required telemetry as well as the measurement and verification functions for these services.
The aforementioned capabilities are currently undergoing tests in advance of full building commissioning,
scheduled for the latter part of 2016. Currently, market
price signals are available only for a subset of the services,
but the building and its master control system is being
positioned to support the functionality listed.
