development is IEEE C37.118 data formats, supporting both
integer and floating points.

After the synchronization of the southern regional grid on
31 December 2013 with the rest of the Indian grid, the angular
spread of phasors throughout the grid provides very useful information. The power flow from the eastern/central part of the grid
to southern India involves power transfer unidirectional over
2,500 km. The extreme angular difference between two points
in the grid has been found to be
