Hunting & Trapping Digest 2008-2009 - (Page 38) SECOND WILD TURKEY LICENSE APPLICATION FOR 2009 SPRING GOBBLER SEASON This application is for a second wild turkey license for the 2009 spring gobbler season. This license provides the holder with a second spring turkey tag and report card in addition to the one included with a general hunting license. Hunters who purchase a second spring turkey tag must complete and mail their report card, even if they do not harvest a second turkey. Applications will be accepted from January 1 through April 1, 2009. To apply, the applicant must possess a valid hunting license. The application can be completed and submitted to the Pennsylvania Game Commission in the following ways: 1) Use this form. Provide all the required information, enclose a check or money order in the proper amount and mail to the Pennsylvania Game Commission at the address shown on the application. Do not include a postage-paid return envelope. Applications will not be accepted prior to January 1. 2) Use the application form posted on the Game Commission’s website www.pgc.state.pa.us. Print the form, provide all required information, enclose a check or money order in the proper amount and mail to the Pennsylvania Game Commission at the address shown on the application beginning on January 1. Do not include a postage-paid return envelope. To allow enough time for the license to be printed and mailed, mail orders will be accepted through April 1, 2009. 3) Apply over-the-counter during the application period at Game Commission offices. Licenses will be printed and mailed from Harrisburg.
