In WMUs 2B, 5C and 5D, unlimited applications (see number 4 below, though) may be submitted through the mail beginning Aug. 25, and over-the-counter in these three units only beginning Sept. 8. Applications received in the mail before the appropriate acceptance date will be returned to sender. 3) Other than in WMUs 2B, 5C and 5D, an individual may apply for and receive up to a total of two (2) Unsold Antlerless Licenses anywhere in the state. 4) All Unsold Antlerless License applications must be submitted though the U.S. Mail (First Class Only) until Nov. 3. Express and Priority mail will not be accepted. No more than three (3) individual applications per official envelope. Number of applications must be circled on front of envelope to avoid delay and possible rejection. 5) Remittance by negotiable check or money order, in U.S. dollars, payable to County Treasurer. Do not specify county name on remittance. 6) Reapplication will require a new official envelope available from any issuing agent. 7) The license shall be issued via First Class Mail in the order in which applications are received, first come, first served.
