Four For Four By Jerry Bush Could four hunters take four deer in one day? L IKE many sportsmen, I was introduced to the outdoors by my father. He was the first to teach me about conservation and the preservation of valuable recreational activities, such as hunting and the shooting sports. I loved hunting but, frankly, I was a lousy hunter in my early years. Only God knows how many deer I kept from my patient father. I couldn't sit still to 20 save my life, and although I was taught better, I didn't fully appreciate a deer's defensive mechanisms. I deceived myself into believing I was quiet, even when I shuffled my feet in the leaves of the forest floor in desperate attempts to improve blood flow. I also thought I was moving slowly while still-hunting, but eventually I learned I wasn't nearly slow enough. WWW.PENNGAMENEWS.COMhttp://WWW.PENNGAMENEWS.COM
