2015 Hunter-Trapper Education Instructor of the Year D ALE WALKER has been a Hunter-Trapper Education Instructor in Wayne County for 27 years. Dale is a retired game lands maintenance supervisor and deputy wildlife conservation officer whose entire adult life has been dedicated to serving the wildlife and hunters of Pennsylvania. Dale has had an immeasurable positive impact on countless young and first-time hunters, and area sportsmen, over the years. He has regularly provided his services throughout the years on short notice, without hesitation or regard for personal sacrifice. Dale has been a shining example of pride and professionalism for new instructors and seasoned instructors alike. I know of no other who is more deserving of the 2015 Northeast Region Outstanding Hunter/Trapper Education Instructor than Dale Walker.
