a concerned citizen who had responded to
the ad, only to recognize the seller's name
from previous game-law convictions that
had been reported in the newspaper.
I was all too familiar with the name, as
well. In January, I'd caught the same man
shooting deer at night with a spotlight, and
charged him. Then in October, I'd charged
him again for unlawfully killing a trophyclass 9-point in a cemetery.
