into your booking engine. You want to
make sure that guests have every opportunity to take advantage of all the unique
topographies your region has to offer.
Recognizing that it's not just what you
do with your body, but also what you put
into your body that matters, it is critical
to focus on food and beverage. Crafted
menus that utilize the freshest, locally
sourced foods are a good start. Push to
be creative in your food and beverage
options for groups and special events,
recognizing that the days of chips, popcorn and cookies for mid-day snacks are
likely behind us. Focus instead on unique

presentations of proteins and fruits and
vegetables that can keep groups energized throughout the day.
Being competitive in the marketplace
