NUMEROUS CHALLENGES
The growth of RelaDyne is not without
obstacles, Stoddard says. Acquisitions
are costly, and training and developing
people can be a challenge. "Putting people into a new operating system is always
a challenge," he says. "We want to keep
all the people that are part of the acquisition. Getting people through change is
difficult; but when they become part of
RelaDyne, their world opens up. We want
them to elevate their careers."

RelaDyne has continued to expand its
footprint with the acquisitions of companies in 17 states. "We've expanded
rapidly," Stoddard says. "We've been

business," Stoddard notes. "Someone
