founder and CEO of SBR Worldwide/Know More! Richter's session
will focus on how to connect with
clients and apply existing information to build meaningful prospect

 Entrepreneur, inventor and writer Mike Maddock will offer suggestions on how to "Free The Idea
Monkey" during a session on Sunday, April 17. Maddock's innovation
consulting firm, Maddock Douglas,
has helped one-quarter of the Fortune 100 design, brand and launch
new products, services, experiences
and business models.
 Dr. Tony Alessandra will offer practical advice on how to create a rapport with prospects, employees and
vendors as well as how to convert
prospects and customers into "
business apostles" on April 17.
Other events include an opening session on April 16, featuring ISA Chairman
Craig Vogel and Hughes, both speaking
on the state of the industry. The organization will also present its Golden Eagle and lifetime achievement awards. A
reception will follow, with an "Old Chicago" speakeasy theme. The closing reception on April 18 will feature a South
American theme of "Going for the Gold,"
referring to the 2016 Summer Olympics
in Rio De Janeiro. 
