We continually look for solutions that will help meet the growing needs of our members and we are confident MarketLinx’s soon-to-be-released TEMPO 5.0 will help meet those needs. During 2007, a group of members of an MLS task force and representatives of both the PRO and PRO Biz Boards of Directors tested TEMPO 5.0 along with MLS staff - all agreeing that the new system will provide our members with excellent new features. With TEMPO 5.0 now slated for launch during the first quarter of 2008, MarketLinx will provide training classes. Here is what you can expect to learn about during those training sessions: • A new main page, incorporating the message screen along with other functions such the inventory watch and a hotsheet option, showing you new listings, price changes, new sale pendings, etc.. The main page also has a “find a listing” option that allows you to search properties by MLS number or address and also notifies you when you have listings due to expire. • Identity-sharing, allowing assistants and team members to log in and work with other users’ access information. • Custom search results, enabling you to manually resize column lengths, move columns around and show or hide search criteria. • Shortcut icons, linking to agent full report, map, property history, email, statistics, and printing options. • Status and price controls, dynamically filtering results. • New print options, allowing you to print multiple reports simultaneously along with search criteria and statistics. • CMA function, enabling a selection of subject property from tax, MLS, or even entered manually. The new CMA function also provides a new net sheet report, the ability to create custom report pages, and a library of new CMA report pages will be available. 16 PINELLAS REALTOR® ORGANIZATION • A report writer, allowing you to copy an existing report, customize it, or simply design your own reports from scratch. • Prospecting features, making it possible to print mailing labels from your contact lists, multiple schedule options for sending notifications, sendemail notifications to email, pager or mobile phone, and a gateway tracker showing if clients have been filing listings in folders and making property notes.
