You may already use the basics, like lettuce, but you may not have tried some of the more exotic additions that are meant to be eaten, like beets or anchovies. If you give them a try, you might find out that there are some great new additions that taste pretty good! Let’s do a taste test Transaction Desk – less frightening than radicchio, I promise! Yes, I know that the words “Transaction Desk” bring fear to the hearts of most of us, but if you take your salad in small bites, you can finish it without indigestion. For example, instead of overwhelming yourself with the whole transaction desk option, break it down into two or three smaller functions and pretty soon you’ll be using close to I know that the words 100% of the function. Here is “Transaction Desk” bring fear just one menu item: DocBox – This option within transaction desk is the home of the InstanetFax, which offers a much more comprehensive solution than the recently replaced MongoFax. You can send faxes to PDF files as well as store all of your important documents online – either to your hard drive or by using the unlimited storage of FAR’s network - and it’s as easy as diced tomatoes: • Choose the Sidebar link Direct Link to FAR’s Transaction Desk and Forms On-Line Gold option. Your FAR ID and password will automatically transfer to allow you instant access. • Choose the “DocBox” option on the main menu bar. • Find the I Would Like To option on the left-hand side of the screen, and choose your option(s) from the drop-down menu. For example, choosing the Create InstanetFax Cover Sheet will allow you to create and print the fax to email cover sheet. • Click GO. Hint: If you want to begin converting all of your current files to an on-line PDF format, fax them to yourself! Or, if you want a copy sent to your DocBox in-box, choose the Fax-Back cover sheet.
