Are you and your business victims of the general 80/20 rule where 80% of your success comes from only 20% of those you work with? You’re not alone. Consider narrowing your target market by searching for a niche that will serve you better. Being focused on a smaller audience may very well spell out the difference between being busy and being efficient. By claiming a niche in your marketplace you will increase the likelihood of being viewed as a trusted advisor as opposed to a general practitioner.
