Report a Violation via the Tempo sidebar As always, these reports are confidential. Good news! With Tempo 5.0, violations for Public Marketing Remarks will occur less and less often! Inappropriate information such as websites, phone numbers, gate codes and showing instructions cannot be entered in the Public Marketing field or the Driving Directions field because of an internal program that looks for key words and restricts certain entries. Pretty neat, huh? And a few more notes • Photos on Residential, Multi Family and Rental properties are still required within 3 days of saving a listing to active. Virtual Tours and property photos are still required to be “MLS Friendly”. With the new add/edit program, signed profile sheets are still required. The Suncoast MLS Rules and Regulations have not changed, so keep on monitoring the MLS and report those violations! For this edition of Miss MLS Manners I would like to clear up some of your concerns with regard to MLS violations and the new Tempo 5.0 release. By now, you are all on the new Tempo 5.0 system. Let me assure you, monitoring violations are just as important as they were with Tempo 4.0. We still need member support to report certain violations such as status changes, sold information, and inaccurate listing content such as incorrect area, bedrooms, etc. On Tempo 5.0, this is even easier to do through the Reporting Data Error option that appears when viewing any report on the Search Results page after performing a search. That option is on the Quick Link Button Bar menu where you see your Images, Virtual Tours, and Realist tax information that appears when viewing listing reports. • • • 18 PINELLAS REALTOR® ORGANIZATION October 2008
