Listings viewed on the new search product include photo slideshows, and links to request more information from the listing agent. All leads go directly to the agent who listed the property. Consumers can also email a listing to someone else directly from the search site, or print a flyer. In addition to containing the listing information, photos, maps, and driving directions, the new search also includes comparable recently sold homes from public records, and valuation analysis from Cyberhomes and Zillow, right on the listing page. There are also Links to demographic, school, economic and neighborhood information. And if that wasn’t enough, there are also powerful calculators that can help the consumer determine monthly payments, how much they can afford to borrow, the appropriate down payment and more! In other words, PRO’s consumer tools have never been more powerful. And best of all, these tools are also available to you!
