Room Location E-5 Trinity The Power of Two Languages: Language Programs for a New World—Preparing Students to Meet the Challenges of the 21st Century International Studies Preparatory Academy (ISPA) is the only high school of its kind in the United States. As a result of memoranda of understanding with the governments of France, Italy, and Spain, students receive dual recognition of their studies, a U.S. high school diploma and the equivalent diploma from the European country. Program completers encompass the rigorous standards of both. Guided by the CCSS and NGSS, units that model “best practices” for the instruction of ELLs and serve as a bridge between the academic content and the English language proficiency development of the students will be demonstrated.
