Each quarter, you must disclose the dollar amount of plan-level and participant-level fees taken from participants’ account balances, if any. This disclosure does not apply to investment option expense ratios (i.e., Total Investment Expense). This disclosure must go to all participants who have an account balance in your plan. Information you can use to comply with this requirement will be included in participant statements.
