Resistance to moisture ingression is so great that it is rated IP69K. The enclosure, made of high-impact plastic, doesn’t expand or contract when exposed to extreme shifts in temperature and prevents moisture and dust ingression with a double o-ring seal. The fascia is one continuous piece with a built-in ridged keypad. The keys don’t move and sensors signal when the keys are actually touched. The indicator is general purpose, featuring a six-digit LCD backlit display, a cut-proof, six-key capacitive keypad with programmable function key, and bright red, green, and yellow, over/pass/under indication lights for a single setpoint or for checkweighing. SPX GSE (313) 253-1312 www.gse-inc.com FLow meter Copes with visCous LiQuids The MFM220 flow meter displays overall total volume and batch total volume using a magnetic style meter. Made of glass-reinforced polypropylene, there are no moving parts to fail during use. With the digital readout in metric or English, the flow rate allows for gallons or liters per minute. The two-inch full-port flow meter is a self-calibrating and measures all viscous liquids. It has six AA batteries; a temperature range from 0ºF to 150ºF and an accuracy of approximately 99% from 30 to 300 gallons. Banjo Corp. It prompts and then polices operators through formula dispensing and mixing operations, following standard operating procedures. The system automatically enforces production regulations, including GMP, MSDS, OSHA, ISO and FDA requirements. It eliminates the need for operators to do paperwork or data entry functions as well as prevents their selecting incorrect ingredients or lots, weighing incorrect quantities, or recording incorrect data. The workstation produces an electronic audit trail record of all transactions.
