>> EQUIPMENT & SERVICES AIR VALVE COMES IN THREE VERSIONS The LS04 pneumatic valve series has dimensions of only 10 mm wide and a flow rate of 200 l/min (0.2 Cv) up to a maximum of 330 l/min. (0.33 Cv). The valve series comes in three different designs: a mini valve with optimized dimensions and a flow rate of 200 l/min (0.2 Cv), a standard valve with 250 l/min (0.25 Cv) and a valve manifold system with a flow rate of 330 l/min (0.33 Cv). An on-line configurator is available to design custom valve manifolds and receive a part number, list price and CAD drawing. All valve variants are made of high strength polymer and are said to be especially light. Material entering the 15-in. (381- mm) square inlet is reduced in size by dual rotors with three-point, single-piece, stainless steel breaking heads rotating with minimum clearance inside a curved, perforated bedscreen. On-size material exits through apertures in the bedscreen ranging from 1/32 to 21/2 in. (25 to 64 mm) in diameter.
