Large production capacities and high product yields are delivered because the patented design cooks evenly across the width of the product conveyor. Cleaning also sets speed records because the product has no inaccessible ductwork or hard-to-clean areas. The oven’s user-friendly PLC/OIT control system allows for easy creation, storage and retrieval of cook recipes and sanitation recipes to save time and reduce labor costs. The airtight system is vented to an integral dust collector that vacuums displaced air and dust, and collapses empty bags dust-free. A flow control valve cinches the bag spout concentrically, allowing dustfree retying of partially empty bags.
