BACKTALK Podcast confusion I listened to the entire podcast, “Eliminate communication problems using DOM” (www.plantservices.com/wp_down loads/ifs_podcast_DOM.html) hoping for a good deﬁnition of DOM or even a good description of how maintenance and operations departments should interact.
