The cameras include 200-by-150 infrared resolution (30,000 pixels), auto and manual focus and various applications, and high thermal sensitivity to pinpoint problems quickly. The T-250 offers touch-screen capability for sketching diagrams and marking images, which is helpful in generating reports. The input frequency range is 1-1,000 Hz. Depending on the model, the sensor is made of either polypropylene or PVDF. For polypropylene models, the rotor pin is titanium and the rotor is black PVDF. For PVDF models, the rotor pin is PVDF and the rotor is natural PVDF material. All models offer a builtin user interface to configure low-flow, low-power and high-resolution options. The FPB100 series is CE compliant and is designed for chemical processing, water and wastewater monitoring, as well as scrubber control. Omega Engineering (203) 359-1660 www.omega.com aRmstRong’s eco*pak mbs uses less eneRgy than tRadItIonal boIleR systems Armstrong introduces the Eco*Pak Mbs, which eliminates delays, site errors and risks associated with field-assembled condensing boiler plants. It also consumes significantly less energy than traditional boiler system configurations and is an all-variable system, which makes it ultra-efficient. The system uses as little as 55% of the energy used by traditional standard-efficiency boilers. The Eco*Pak Mbs is Energy Star compliant and delivers average annual fuel efficiency ratings (AFUE) of better than 93%. In low-temperature radiant applications, the MBS can achieve better than 98% efficiency, which exceeds Energy Star, ASHRAE 90.1 and California Title 24 standards. The Eco*Pak Mbs is a factory-built modular boiler plant that is easy to install. Because of its modular design, the modules can easily fit through tight or narrow spaces, including standard doorways. The modules can be connected for operation in just a few hours, by one person, using standard tools. The Eco*Pak Mbs saves on energy consumption, thereby reducing the user’s carbon footprint. The variable-speed operation reduces wear on system components, which reduces maintenance and repair costs.
