With the addition of the eZ-TOMAS Remote, the eZ-Series software suite has expanded its capability to include remote machinemonitoring and control. The IOtech 652u doubles the number of channels available in a single 600 Series device from five to 10. The device also offers 4 mA IEPE per channel. DASYLab driver support for the 600 Series also has been expanded to include the IOtech 652u and is available on the DSA 2.2 CD. servos excel at stall torque The BSM132 high-power, brushless servo motor can reach 20 hp (14.5 kilowatts) and can be expanded to 34 hp (25 kilowatts) with an optional blower cooling system. The servo motors provide continuous stall torque from 620 inch-pounds (70 Nm) to 1,060 inch-pounds (120 Nm). For applications requiring faster positioning, the BSM132 offers speeds to 5,000 rpm. Design features include IP65-grade sealing to protect against dust and low-pressure water jets, servo-rated ball bearings and double-insulated, multicoated magnet wire.
