On the day of your departure please check out of your room by 10:00 am. c anceLL ations : are unpleasant for you and for us. please take into consideration that we will charge an amount equal to 3 nights for cancellations (30 days prior to arrival date) or early departures. c anceLL ation oF aPPointments in the Beaut y area : please cancel your beauty or vitality treatment 2 days in advance, for later cancellations or missed appointments a fee of 50% of the treatment fee will be assessed. chiLdren in the PaL ace : 0 -1 yrs of age - no charge, 2 - 3 yrs of age - 90%, 4 - 11 yrs of age - 50%, 12 - 14 yrs of age -30%. the children‘s discount only applies if children room with parents. doGs : your pet is most welcome here. please do remember that pets are not permitted in our Wellness area or the dining area. pet fee: 10 E per day excluding pet food Frequent Guests : regular guests will receive a 10% discount as long as they book a stay of at least 7 consecutive days every year. Gar aGe : garage parking spaces may be reserved by all guests for a fee of 8 E per day. Payments : We accept cash, AtM payments or credit cards. Prices : the rates quoted require a minimum stay of 3 days, per person and day or week. reFunds : no refunds for unused meals or services included in the 3/4 Wellness board. reservations to confirm your reservation we require a down payment of 400 E by credit card. sinGLe occuPancy surcharGe : in case of reservation of a double room for single use, a surcharge of 50% of the regular room rate, depending on category, will apply. this surcharge does not apply to the single room. shorter stays : for a stays of less than 3 days an additional fee of 10% per person per day applies. tr aveL c anceLL ation insur ance : to protect you from the inconvenience of having to pay a cancellation fee for early departure or complete cancellation, we offer travel cancellation coverage at 50 E for the whole family. this way you are protected in case of an early departure. 48
