On the day of your departure please check out of your room by 10:00 am. Cancellations: are unpleasant for you and for us. Please take into consideration that we will charge an amount equal to 3 nights for cancellations (30 days prior to arrival date) or early departures. Cancellation of appointments in the Beauty Area: Please cancel your beauty or vitality treatment 2 days in advance, for later cancellations or missed appointments a fee of 50% of the treatment fee will be assessed. Children in the Palace: 0 -1 yrs of age - no charge, 2 - 3 yrs of age - 90%, 4 - 11 yrs of age - 50%, 12 - 14 yrs of age -30%. The children‘s discount only applies if children room with parents. Dogs: Your pet is most welcome here. Please do remember that pets are not permitted in our Wellness area or the dining area. Pet fee: € 10 per day excluding pet food Frequent guests: Regular guests will receive a 10% discount as long as they book a stay of at least 7 consecutive days every year. Garage: Garage parking spaces may be reserved by all guests for a fee of 8 Euro per day. Payments: We accept cash, ATM payments or credit cards. Prices: The rates quoted require a minimum stay of 3 days, per person and day or week. Refunds: No refunds for unused meals or services included in the 3/4 Wellness board. Reservations: To confirm your reservation we require a down payment of 300 € by credit card.
