Other rates available upon request. Shoulder season discounts are available on most products. Taxes and other applicable fees are extra. When alternate products are used, the package price may vary accordingly. We specialize in Custom Tours. Discuss your desires with our experienced Tour Consultants to create a tour that suits you best. Payments For trip payments, we accept checks, Visa and MasterCard. Payment schedule: Amount due: Before January 1, 2009 $250 per person After January 1, 2009 (more than 60-days prior to arrival date) 30% of total At 60-days Final payment due Within 60-days of arrival date 100% of total Reservations made within 60-days must be guaranteed with Visa or MasterCard immediately after receiving verbal confirmation from our office. Late payments may result in releasing your reservation, and re-booking will then be subject to availability. A $50 per person change fee will apply. “Escape the park’s crowded entrance and immerse yourself deep within the Kantishna region of Denali at Denali Backcountry Lodge.” –BELL’S ALASKA TRAVEL GUIDE Cancellation Policy Written cancellation notice must be received in our office to cancel a reservation (Email, Fax or Letter). Cancellation fees are $50 per person when notice is received more than 60-days prior to arrival, 50% of the total between 60-30 days prior of arrival, and 100% of the total will be retained for cancellations within the last 30-days. We strongly recommend travel insurance. Cancellation Fee Waiver (CFW) Life is full of uncertainties! Our remote locations and the extremely short season of Alaska make travel insurance a necessity. We offer a Cancellation Fee Waiver for the portion of your trip booked with us at the cost of only 4.8% of your total invoice. This allows you to cancel your trip with us up to 48-hours prior to the start of your package and you will receive a full refund for the services. Cancellations must be made in written form via Email, Fax or Letter. The total amount of the CFW is added to your payment. CFW is available for purchases up to 60-days prior to the start of your package. You may decline the CFW, however when not purchased, any cancellation will be subject to our Cancellation Policy. Baggage To ensure an enjoyable trip, we suggest traveling light and soft luggage. Although there is no limit for most hotels, Denali Backcountry Lodge enforces a luggage limit of one soft sided bag (35lbs max) and one carry on per person. Storage for Lodge guest with excess bags is available at Denali Cabins at no charge. For other facilities, tours or activities please check with our Tour Consultants.
